Lean Healthy Turkey Meatballs

Lean Ground Turkeyoatmealparmesan cheesefeta cheesegarlic powderoreganosaltpepperegg white
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Line a large baking/jelly roll pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In medium bowl, stir together oatmeal, onion, italian seasoning, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and egg. Add ground turkey, mix to combine (using your hands works best). Form mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter. For uniform meatballs, use a cookie scoop then roll to make round.
Place meatballs on a large baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.
Serving Size: 20-24, 1 inch in diameter balls
