Stuffed Pasta Shells with Meat Sauce

Ingredients
Brown beef and onions, add sauce, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and simmer. Mix cheeses, egg, basil, parsley. Boil pasta shells until al dente, stuff with cheese, place on top of thin layer of sauce in pan, cover with remaining sauce and bake. Do not cover pan. During last 5 minutes add more mozz cheese on top of pan.

350 - 30 minutes.
