Ingredients
1 cup mango, cut into cubes 1 banana, cut into large chunks 1 cup pineapple chunks 1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
1. Combine mango, banana, pineapple, kiwi, yogurt, and ice cubes in a blender. Puree until smooth and thick.

2. Pour into 4 tall glasses.

3. Freeze leftovers in sealable plastic containers. To defrost, microwave for 30 to 60 seconds and stir to blend.


You can substitute two nectarines for the mango.

    I agree with KOLFINNA! Needs a bit more sweet. My mango might not have been quite ripe enough. Vanilla yogurt would make it better I believe. Good overal. Very satisfying. - 7/4/10
