4 Chicken Breast, no skin or bone (about 2 lbs)2 Cups Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce 1 Cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned1 cup Milk, 1%2 tbs Parmesan Cheese, grated5 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk,
Serves 4
Preheat oven to 375
Combine Parm Cheese and Bread Crumbs, place in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish add milk
with a kitchen mallet, pound the chicken breasts down to a uniform size (how thick they are will affect baking time)
Spray frying pan and let it heat up while dredging chicken in milk and then breadcrumbs
Brown chicken only! Once it's nice and brown, place in a baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over them and sprinkle mozz cheese on top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
