Pineapple Kale Juice - Cleanse Snack

Ingredients
1/2 cup pineapple4 cups chopped kale leaves (no stems)2 large cucumbers chopped1/2 lemon squeezed1/2 cup mint2 artichoke hearts (tinned is fine)
Directions
If you don't have a juicer (I don't) you can use a blender on high and add 1 1/2 cups water and then remove the pulp with a strainer. Perhaps that is my problem as I am drinking it with the pulp!

Serving Size: Makes a large jug so probably 8 servings
