Kara's Open-Face Tuna Melt

Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can Onions, raw, .25 cup, choppedVlasic Sweet Relish, 2TBSPMayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbspBread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 2 slices, large Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded
Drain water from tuna.
Mix together tuna, onion, relish, and mayo.
Put tuna salad on whole grain bread, top each with a couple Tbsp of shredded cheddar cheese.
Toast in toaster oven until cheese is slightly brown or at least melted. I set it at the medium level.
Serving Size: 2 open-face sandwiches
