"Late night" protein smoothie

6 oz of either skim milk or unsweetened almond milk1/2 banana1/4 cup 2% milkfat cottage cheese1 tbsp all natural peanut butter (chunky or smooth, both work just fine)1 scoop protein powder (I used chocolate from Designer Whey)Honey or Agave Nectar Ice cubes.Blend it and LOVE IT.
