Crockpot Beef and Barley Soup

Ingredients
1 lb stew beef; cut in 1/2" cubes1 medium onion, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped2 carrots, sliced3/4 cup barley1 bay leaf1 teaspoon salt6 cups beef stockpepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
