1 onion4 carrots.25 cup flour1 tblp tomato paste 2 cloves garlic anchovies mashed in with garlic 3 lbs of lamb shoulder roast 1 lb yukon gold potatopeas 1/2 package one bunch kale
Directions
Bring to simmer on stove top
put in 300 degree oven 1.5 hours
