1/4 cup of Oatmeal1 Scoop of Low Carb Chocolate or Vanilla Whey Protein Mix1 to 2 Egg WhitesGround CinnamonWater if needed
Directions
Mix in blender until smooth and the same consistency as regular pancake mix
cook like a regular pancake, eat with a little butter and sugar free syrup and it is great!
