Ingredients
1 # Shrimp, boiled and peeled 2 cloves Garlic1 cup Onion, chopped 0.5 cup chopped green peppers0.25 cup Green Chilies (optional)1 Tblsp Olive Oil1.5 Cups Black beans20 Jumbo black olives (chopped).25 cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Saute onions, peppers, garlic in olive oil until softened. Add Shrimp and black beans. Heat through. Add olives. Heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve.
