2 red plums, sliced with skin2 medium sized kiwis, sliced without skin6 oz. plain Greek yogurt1 cup nonfat milk1 tbsp. honeyice as needed
Begin by peeling your kiwis and slicing them into fourths. Then, de-pit and slice the plums into fourths.
Add a small amount of ice to the blender first. Second, add your fruit. Then add yogurt, milk, and honey. Blend on your preferred setting to achieve the consistency desired. You can also add more ice and milk depending on the thickness you like your smoothie to have. This will also effect the serving size created.
Pour into a glass and enjoy this healthy, refreshing summertime treat!!
