Lowfat Vanilla Cheesecakes

Ingredients
16 oz ff cream cheese8 oz light sour cream1/3 cup egg beaters1/3 cup sugarpowdered sugar to taste 1/4 to 1/3 cup1 T vanilla extract
Directions
beat until smooth. Pour into 6 ramkin cups set into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Pour boiling water into baking dish until about halfway up sides of cups. Bake at 325 30-40 min until centers are set. Cool in water bath 30 min. cool to room temp 25 min. refrigerate
