Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans (15oz / 425g)3 TB reduced-fat vegenaiseassorted spices to taste (e.g. cumin, curry powder, red pepper flakes, cilantro, black pepper)1tsp apple cider vinegarBraggs liquid amino acids to taste
Directions
drain garbanzo beans and rinse well. Mash lightly with a potato masher, so beans remain chunky, some staying whole. Add vegenaise and vinegar, mix well. Add spices and braggs to taste. refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
