low sodium ground chicken taco meat

Ingredients
*Ground Chicken Breast, 16 oz (remove) Paprika, 1 tsp (remove) Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove) *Cumin (ground), 1 tsp (remove) Oregano, ground, .5 tsp (remove) *onion, dried minced, 1 tbsp (remove) *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove) Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
1. brown chicken
2. puree the tomato..I put it in the food processor
3. add all ingredients to the meat and simmer for 20 minutes. It will probably not take a full 1/2 cup of water. I do not like my meat with very much liquid so I do not add very much :) This is a new favorite at our house :)
