Chicken & Feta Burger Experiment Gone GOOD! Low fat, Low Carb, Low Calorie!

Ingredients
1lb Perdue Ground Chicken Breast 1/2 pkg (1.75oz) of Fat Free Feta Cheese (1pkg = 3.5oz size)1/2 - 1 TBS Ground Mustard (add a bit more or less to taste)2 TBS Dried Cilantro (or to taste)1 TBS Onion Powder (can also use fresh chopped onion, 1/2 of med or 1 small finely chopped)
Directions
In medium size bowl, combine Ground Chicken Breast, Fat Free Feta and Dried Cilantro. Mix gently until evenly mixed.

Add Onion Powder and Dried Mustard in small increments & mix gently to be sure it's worked through evenly within the meat.

Using non-stick spray, lightly coat a large frying pan and add all 4 Patties, cooking on Medium Heat for approximately 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 160 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings (4 Burger Patties) - 101 cals, .5g fat, 2.7g carbs, 21.8g protein!
