Spinach "shake" base

Ingredients
1 tbsp flaxseed1 c almond milk3 c fresh spinach1/2 c pineapple juice*Add whatever fruit you prefer. I like 1 cup blueberries, also like 1 banana and 2 tbsp peanut butter. **Did not include the fruit in the nutritional value so that you can add whatever fruit you want to get accurate calorie intake.
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend. Add your preferred fruit as well.
