Ground Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
Ground Turkey - 99% Fat free1/2 cup Heinz Katchup1/2 to 1 green bell pepper depending on size (8 to 10 strips of pepper plus remainder chopped.1/2 Medium Onion Chopped8 Kebbler Club Crackers - crumbled1 Large egg1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teasspoon Pepper1/2 teaspoon Garlic PowderPre-heat over to 325 degrees.Mix all ingredients. Cover with foil. Remove foil and continue to bake about 15 minutes before loaf is done until outside is nicely browned.Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Directions
Pre-heat over to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and form loaf on a foil covered cookie sheet. Drissle some ketchup on the top of the loaf and then place the bell pepper strips on top. Cover with foil and bake. Remove foil and continue to bake about 15 minutes before loaf is done until outside is nicely browned.
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
