1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped cauliflower1 cup chopped broccoli1 cup bean sprouts1 tbsp olive oil1 clove garlic1 tsp ginger1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup cornstarch
Heat oil in frypan or wok. Add crushed garlic clove and ginger. Add carrots, cauliflower and simmer until tender, add broccoli and pepper and bean sprouts and cook for a few minutes. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Add to vegetables and stir until sauce thickens.

Serve over rice or eat as is.
