Mam T's Chipotle Black Bean Pasta Salad (Hot ot Cold)

1 13.25 oz box whole wheat penne1 11 oz can Mexican style corn and peppers1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes1 15 oz can black beans1 32 gram packet McCormick Grille Mates Chipotle Pepper Marinade
Cook pasta in boiling water 10 minutes
If serving hot: As pasta is cooking heat all other ingredients in large pot.
When pasta is done, drain and toss all hot ingredients together.
If serving cold: ad 1 tbs oil to cooking water. Mix all other ingredients in large bowl. Drain cooked pasta and chill under cold water or in ice water bath. Toss together and allow to sit at least 1/2 an hour for flavors to mix.
