Min's Creamy Italian Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs chopped1/4 c italian dressing4 c frozen 3 pepper and onion blend 1 can italian style diced tomatoes8 tbl light cream cheese
Directions
Add chicken and italian dressing to a ziplock bag and marinate for 30 minutes. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Put chicken, peppers and onions in crock pot. Cook on high for 60 minutes. Stir in the diced tomatoes juice including the juice. Mix in the cream cheese. Cook on high another half an hour.
