Bacon & Wine Vinegar Salad Dressing

1 T bacon bits4 T red/white wine vinegar1 T No Cal sweetner1 t Dijon mustard
Put bacon in no-stick omelet pan and warm until whatever fat still remians in bits releases.
Add Dijon to vinegar and mix well.
Add vinegar mixture to pan and allow to warm.
Add no-cal sweetner of choice, allowing it dissolve and warm.
Taste test for ratio of tart:sweet and adjust to your palate.
Serve on greens of choice.
Serving Size: Makes 2 2T servings or 1 1/4C serving. Increase portions for additional servings.
