Ingredients
Alfalfa sprouts (1/2 cup)Spinach, raw (2 cups)Minute Maid Pomegranate Blueberry Juice (2 cups or 16 oz.)Mixed frozen berries (2 cups)Optional: Honey (2 Tbsp)
Directions
Puree sprouts, spinach and juice in a blender (about 90 sec).
Add frozen berries and blend until smooth (about 90 sec).
Optional: blend in honey for sweeter taste
