Baked Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
5 cups oatmeal1/4 cup wheat bran or flax seed1 tsp salt3 tsp baking powder1 Tbs Cinnamon 2 eggs2 cups Applesauce2 3/4 cups Milk1 tsp Vanilla1 banana mashed3/4 cup Brown Sugar2/3 cup Chocolate chips
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, then wet ingredients(brown sugar with the wet ingredients), then combine. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool on cooling rack
