Honey Nog

Ingredients
6 egg yolks¼ cup honey4 cups 2% milk1/4 tsp ground cloves
Directions
Beat the eggs yolks in a large bowl with an electric mixer until thickened and pale. Stir in the honey.
Slowly add the milk, beating constantly, until combined.
Beat in the ground cloves.
Cover bowl; let eggnog stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
