Ingredients
Two Crushed Weet Bix/Vita Wheat Biscuits1/2 Cup Nonfat MilkTsp Cinnamon1 Large Egg WhiteNonstick Cooking Spray
Directions
1. Crush Weet Bix till it becomes a fine powder
2. Mix Cinnamon with powder
3. For the wet ingredients mix Egg White and Milk stirring in dry mixture thoroughly
4.Spray pan with non stick spray and cook each pancake for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown on each side

Serving Size: Makes Three Small Thick Pancakes
