Blackberry avocado smoothie

Ingredients
One fresh avocado1/2 c frozen or fresh blackberries1/2 c whole milk yogurt
Directions
Cut avocado in half, remove pit. Scoop out fruit.
Use manual juicer (the old-fashioned, low-tech type) to squeeze juice from one orange.
Combine all ingredients in blender & mix until smooth.
