6 Egg Whites6 Tablespoons Honey60 g. Polyunsaturated Margarine.1 Cup Plain Flour2 Cups Sultanas4 !/2 Cups Ready Rolled Plain Oats1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup Almonds
Lightly beat egg whites with sugar, honey and melted margarine, add the rest of the dry ingredients, press into a lined biscuit tray and bake in moderate oven for about 15 mins. Cut into bars while still warm. Can keep for up to one week from day of baking. Thats if they last that long.
Serving Size: Makes 24 - 2 inch bars.....
