Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup mashed bananas2 1/2 cups flour1 cup sugar3 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt3 Tbsp. Canola Oil3/4 cup 1% Milk1 egg
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Slice into 12 slices after completely cooled.
