1/2 cup flour1/2 cup oatmeal1/2 cut oat bran1/4 cup wheat germ1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp allspice1/8 tsp nutmeg1 cup walnuts1/2 cup chopped dates1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup coconut2 eggs1 cup unpacked brown sugar1/4 cup butter1/4 cup sunflower oil1 tsp vanilla
Directions
blend flour, fuit and nuts, set aside
beat eggs, sugar, butter, oil and vanilla
blend and drop on greased cookie sheet bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes
