Pear & Cream cheese Tart

4 pears peeled , cored and sliced1/2 cup sugar8 oz mascarpone cheese 1/4 cup greek yogurt fat free1 egg1 Tsp vanilla1 fl.oz lemonjuice 1 pie dough,fresh (any kind .already made)
Toss pears in lemon juice to prevent from getting brown.
Mix 1/2 the sugar with mascarpone,yogurt,egg and vanilla.
Lay rolled out doughin 9" fluted pie pan,spread cream-
cheese mixture on bottom of pie crust,layer pear slicesover cheese mix,sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Fold exessdough over edges of tart.Bake at 375 for 35 to 50 min ,until crust is golden.
Serving Size: makes 10 slices
