Ingredients
Athenos reduced fat feta cheese (2.5 oz)Spinach (1 C fresh, washed and chopped roughly)2 Medium mushrooms (washed and chopped roughly)Olive oil Non stick spray (like Pam*)BasilOregano2 Slices of provolone cheese (just torn into pices)
Directions
Spray crust with non-stick olive oil spray, top with spices
Top with veggies and feta and provolone.
Bake at 425º F for 8 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 1 12" pizza (cut into 6 slices)
