Chicken Salad (for sandwiches)

Ingredients
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and chopped1/2 cup celery chopped1/8 cup craisins1/4 cup walnuts chopped1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped2 Tbsp parsley, chopped4 Tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise1.5 tsp Grey Pouponsalt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mix and chill for at least one hour prior to assembling sandwiches.
