Avocado Banana Pudding (Vegan)

Ingredients
1 fresh, ripe banana (medium to large)1 large avocado (any variety will be great, but I prefer Haas)1 T waterOptional toppings:Small handful of whole almonds 1/2 T Ghirardelli 60% Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
In a blender or food processor, add the avocado, banana, and water, and blend for about two minutes, or until the mixture is smooth. Add more water to reach your preferred consistency, and blend for another 20-30 seconds.

Divide the pudding evenly between two waiting dessert glasses. Crush your almonds, and sprinkle across the top along with the chocolate chips. Enjoy.
