Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserol

2.5 cups of uncooked 15 minute brown rice2-2.5 cups of water1 can of cream of chicken soup3 tbs of butter3 slices of american cheese3-5 oz of grilled chicken strips (frozen)1/2 cup of chopped green pepper1/2 frozen corn
Put the rice, water, can of soup, butter, & cheese into a rice cooker and let it cook together.
In a skillet add the chopped peppers, frozen chicken strips, & frozen corn. Heat together. You may want to add a little olive oil.
Once both are down cooking combine. It's a little better if you combine everything in the rice cooker & let it sit for 15-20 minutes on "warm".
Serve.
Serving Size: makes 2-3 2 cup servings
