Chicken Pineapple Roasted Red Pepper Stir Fry

Ingredients
chickenroasted red peppers (i.e. cut them and roast them in the oven)onionpineapplesoy saucegarlichoney mustard
Directions
marinate chicken in soy, honey mustard, sriracha, garlic (appx 5 tbsp of the marinade, reserve some for later)
cook chicken in pan on medium heat, covered for about ten min
cut and roast red pepper in the oven for 15 min
saute onion in olive oil
add pineapple
add chicken and rest of the marinade
