1 small onion (chopped)Pam cooking spray1 head of cauliflower (chopped)1 cup frozen peas1 tsp saltCurry Powder to taste
Saute chopped onion using cooking spray. Add curry powder and cauliflower with water enough to soften the cauliflower. Add peas and salt. Cook until softened and combined. Add other Indian seasonings to your liking.
