Low Carb Taco Casserole

2 pounds ground beef1 small onion, chopped3 garlic cloves, minced2 Tblsp chili powder1 Tblsp paprika1 tsp oregano1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1/2 cup refried beans1 10 ounce can rotel3/4 c sour cream8 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 inch glass casserole dish.
In large skillet brown beef with onions and garlic. Cook until onions are transparent. Season with chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Let simmer on low/medium without the lid.
In medium bowl combine refried beans, rotel and sour cream thoroughly.
Pour meat mixture into pan, spread bean mixture over mean carefully and evenly. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 35 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned on top. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
