MIX 10 OZ SPINACH, STEMMED WITH 1LB SLICED AND CORED STRAWBERRIES, CHLL FOR 24 HOURS.

DRESSING: WHISK LEMON JUICE AND 1/4 CUP SUGAR UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED. ADD EGG YOLK WHISK UNTIL MIXED. ADD CANOLA OIL AND WHISK UNTIL UNTIL CREAMY. REFRIGERATE.

SERVE: BEFORE SERVING, WHISK DRESSING UNTIL CREAMY, POUR ONTO SALAD AND TOSS.
