Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb. Pork Chops, loin, trimmed of all fat, cut into thin strips3 cups cabbage (any variety), chopped2 cups broccoli florets1 cup sweet bell pepper, cut into strips1 can sliced water chestnuts1 cup matchstick carrots8 ozs. sliced mushrooms2 Tbsp canola oil1-1/2 cup uncooked Minute Brown Rice1 recipe of Deb's Basic Stir Fry Sauce
Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions, set aside and keep warm.

Heat 1/2 Tbsp oil in skillet; add pork and stir fry until no longer pink. Remove from skillet, put in bowl and cover to keep warm.

Add another 1/2 Tbsp oil to skillet and stir fry the broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts until just tender. Remove from skillet and place in bowl with pork.

Add another 1/2 Tbsp oil to skillet and stir fry the cabbage, peppers and mushrooms until just tender. Add to the bowl with the other ingredients.

Pour Deb's Basic Stir Fry Sauce over ingredients in bowl and toss to coat well. Serve over 1/2 cup rice.
