2 C. 1% Buttermilk1 C. Grape-Nuts Cereal1/4 C. Egg Sugstitute3 C. Whole Wheat Flour1 C. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Salt1 Tbsp. Flax seed Meal1 Tbsp. Wheat Germ
1. In a bowl, combine the buttermilk & cereal; let stand for 10 minutes. Add egg. Combine the dry ingredients; stir into cereal mixture just until moistened. Spoon into two greased 8-inch x 4-inch x 2-inch loaf pans. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
