Swordfish and Sweet Potato Dinner

4 swordfish steaks:____________________1tsp olive oil1tsp chili powder2 garlic cloves pressed1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper1/4 c. lime juice2 tbs. of fresh cilantro 1 tbs. of lite soy sauce______________________4 med size sweet potatoes1 tsp cinnamon for potatoesspray butter for potatoes_______________________4 fresh florets heads chopped and steamed.6 cups of chopped lettuce for salad1/2 cup croutons4 servings Kens lite Parmesan dressing1/2 cup tomato1/2 cucumber peeled and sliced
Preheat oven 400*
Slit top of sweet potatoes and place in oven on baking sheet. Then,prepare fish marinade.
Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl with whisk.
Pour marinade on top of 4 fish steaks in a baking dish. Cook fish in oven for 20 -25 or until fish flakes with fork. While fish is baking prepare salad. Chop and steam broccoli until tender about 5 min.Remove fish.let rest 5-10 min. Remove baked potatoes from oven when soft. Serve potatoes with spray butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
