Best ever Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon, drained1 egg white1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise1 Tbl. lemon juice1/2 onion chopped very fine1/4 cup plain bread crumbsI also add garlic pepper.
Directions
Drain Salmon & remove bones. Seperate egg using only egg white. In medium bowl mix all ingredients with a fork. Roll mixture into equal size balls & flatten slightly.
Spray medium frying pan with butter flavor Pam. Place flattened Salmon balls into frying pan. Cook on High until browned on each side (about 4 minutes per side. Reduce heat to Low & cover. Allow patties to cook for another 2-5 minutes.
Serve with salad or green veggie.

    very good, i used 35 calorie a slice bread, toasted it and than put in the blender so I had very healthy bread crumbs. Very good, my husband always complains and didn't say anything so it had to be good. - 9/4/11

    After years of the same ole salmon patties,(crackers and carbs) I was leary of anything being better, I tried this and honestly think I prefer these! Wonderful and healthy too! Also a husband pleaser.
