Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
Shrimpchopped vegetables, your choice (I use peppers, carrots, broccoli, celery, scallions)Soy sauce, lighthosein sauce (in chinese food aisle)cornstarch for thickening
Directions
Mix sauce - soy sauce, hosein sauce, cornstarch and I add a tsp of Mrs. Dash Chicken, set aside.
saute shrimp in hot canola oil,
add vegetables. stir fry.
Add sauce, last minute, stir until thickened, simmer for 1 or 2 minutes, serve. We don't add rice, but side of brown rice is optional
