Three Bean Vegetarian Chili
- Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
Directions
Beans, red kidney, .5 cup Beans, black, .5 cupBeans, pinto, .5 cup Corn Kernels, 1 cupRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, choppedCumin powder to tasteChopped Garlic to tasteCayenne Pepper powder to tasteChedder Cheese to garnish if desired
I cooked the beans for a few hours on low because I used fresh/dried beans. I'm sure you can use canned. If you do, just double the amount from the recipe. Nutrition facts should be the same. Just throw it all in a pot and let it cook!
I prepared this last night and, instead of cooking after adding the seasonings and corn, I've left it in the fridge so I can heat it up when I get home tonight. The basic point is just to let the seasonings mix.
Makes as few as one (if you're really hungry) or as many as six one cup servings...in theory...I don't normally have just one cup.
Enjoy!
