1/4 c rolled oats2 tbsp fiber one original cereal, slightly crushed2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk2 tbsp water2 tbsp peanut flour (or PB2) mixed with 1 tbsp water2 tbsp of your favorite sugar free jam (Polaner sugar free strawberry w/ fiber used for calculations)+ stevia to taste
Combine peanut flour/powdered peanut butter with water and set aside. In a microwave safe dish microwave jam for about 15 seconds, or until slightly melty; mix with peanut butter. Combine in a bowl with oats, fiber one, milk, and water, and sweeten to taste.
Transfer to a mini loaf pan (or ramekin) sprayed with nonstick spray and bake at 375F for 20 minutes, broiling for an additional 3 at the end.
