1 lb boneless center cut pork chops1/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs1/3 c 2% or non fat skim milk1 egg beaten
Directions
mix milk and egg together, dip each pork chop into egg misture, then dip into bread crumbs, saute on medium heat until cooked through.
