Protein Power Banana Hazelnut Muffins

½ cup mashed banana½ cup milk (2%)2 tbsp lemon juice3 tbsp olive oil1 large egg1tsp pure vanilla extract5 tbsp Krisda Baking Formula1 cup whole what flour¼ cup almond flour/meal1.5 tbsp Manitoba Harvert Hemp Protein Powder¾ tsp baking powder½ tsp baking soda1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
Place hazelnuts on cookie sheet. Toast in oven preheated to 325 F, for 8-10 mins, or until golden and fragrant. Let cool, and chop.
Line muffin tin with muffin cups.
In small bowl, add lemon juice to milk. Set aside.
In a large bowl mix together: banana, milk mixture, oil, egg, vanilla, and Krisda Baking Formula.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. Add to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in hazelnuts.
Spoon into muffin tins.
Bake on 325 degrees F for approx. 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from pans and cool completely
