Skillet Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

8 oz skinless chicken breast, diced1 cup diced mushrooms1 cup broccoli slaw1 cup Water1/4 tsp. Black pepper1/4 pkg Lipton onion soup mix1/4 tsp. Onion powder2 tsp. Minced garlic1 cup bottled Classico Alfredo sauce1 cup light mozzarella, shredded1/4 cup grated Parmesan light7 whole wheat lasagna noodles broken into bite sized pieces.2 cups water
Cook diced chicken in skillet.
Add garlic and mushrooms.
Add 1 cup water, onion soup mix, spices and broccoli slaw. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Add lasagna noodles and 2 cups water. Cook 6 minutes.
Add Alfredo sauce. Cook 6 more minutes.
Stir in cheeses. Cook 5 more minutes until melted.
Serving Size: 6 servings
