Ocean Perch and Rice Medley

Ingredients
Season to taste with your favorite non sodium based seasonings. The cream of celery already has a higher sodium content so you should not need to add more.
Directions
Cook Rice and Vegetables separately but cut the cook time by 2 mins. Put in an oven save container. Layer rice at bottom, then vegetables, then cream of celery soup. Season fish to taste and place on top. Place in oven for 15 mins.
